CEM: Tec de Monterrey's Estado de México Campus, founded in 1976, started with 328 students and quickly became a top university in the region. Renamed in 1985, it enhanced its educational focus. In 2007, the campus expanded with PrepaTec Esmeralda in Atizapán, a leading high school. With over 40 years of history, the campus is highly ranked globally and is one of the top private universities worldwide and the best in Mexico.
