"Impulsa" is a committee that emerged in 2018 as the first Advisory Committee on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging coordinated by the Center for Human Dignity Recognition. It is comprised of women and men leaders of our institution who seek to provide gender perspective to processes and decision-making, integrating the diversity of voices and experiences of employees. Its goal is to advance gender equality, particularly by increasing the representation of women in leadership positions.

this comitte is created in july of 2010, Our main focus is to impact the lives of employees. That's why we have devoted much of our work to staff training. Courses have been offered online and offline for maintenance staff, security staff, faculty and staff. Our courses have been focused in the sensitization to the Gender equity as part of prevention and denunciation of sexual harassment, We have obtained twice the Gender Equity Distinction awarded by the National Women's Institute. Was obtained in October 2010 and then in October 2012 currently in force. Each year we receive an audit by the National Institute for Women where we review aspects qualitative and quantitative, and our progress in implementing the model on campus.
