Our institutional wellness program is part of the mission of the ITM, and its objective is to promote a culture of wellness among the academic community.
It has five programs:
1. Human development
2. Culture
3. Recreation and sports
4. Financial aid, inclusion, and student retention
5. Healthcare
Each program has campaigns and activities for students, faculty, and employees. We have facilities to do these activities, for example, courts, swimming pools, gyms, doctor's offices, and employee lounges
