The ITM conducts an employee satisfaction and engagement evaluation at the end of each service provision using a survey adapted to the characteristics of the service.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
When some results are negative the respective department implements improvement actions on an institutional application of the ITM called G+. The latter is a tool that can be used to manage, evaluate, and monitor continuous improvement processes.
