The charter or mission statement of the committee(s) or a brief description of each committee's purview and activities:

Integrated Management Committee: Composed of the Quality Management System, the Environmental Management System, and the Occupational Health and Safety System.

Objective of the Quality Management System: To ensure a sound financial management so that the ITM can be sustainable while supporting equality.

Objective of the Environmental Management System: To promote sustainable development, based on the ITM’s environmental policy, by implementing programs oriented toward the prevention and minimization of adverse environmental impacts and the optimization of resources in institutional processes.

Objective of the Occupational Health and Safety System: To promote an institutional culture focused on the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases by carrying out activities that motivate all the stakeholders to have healthy lifestyles and practice self-care.

Road Safety and Sustainable Mobility Committee: Its objective is to design, define, organize, and manage aspects that are necessary for the implementation of our Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV in Spanish) and our Sustainable Mobility Plan (PMES in Spanish).

1. The Integrated Management Committee is composed of:
- Technical Planning Director (Chair)
- Human Resources Director
- General Services Director
- Director of the Department of Environmental and Building Sciences
- Representative (B.Sc.) of the Quality Management System (Secretary)
- Representative (B.Sc.) of the Occupational Health and Safety System
- Coordinator (B.Sc.) of the Environmental Management System
All committee members are staff of the ITM.

2. The Road Safety and Sustainable Mobility Committee is composed of:
- ITM General Vice-Chancellor (Chair)
- Campus Operations Director (Secretary)
- General Services Director
- Director of the Department of Environmental and Building Sciences
- Wellness Operations Director
- Human Resources Director
- A graduate from the Communications Department.
All committee members are staff of the ITM.

The ITM has an integrated management system that includes the Quality Management Office, the Environmental Management Office, and the Occupational Safety and Health Management Office. Such integrated system enforces the institutional policy.

The Integrated Management Committee takes sustainability-related actions at all our campuses. Four of our campuses are certified in Quality (ISO 9001) and Environmental (ISO 14001) management.
