- The ITM and Medellin Transit Authority are making progress in the formulation of a policy to update the wildlife signaling currently installed on the roads.
- The ITM is participating in the drafting of the Comprehensive Air Quality Plan for Medellin.

The ITM, through RECOSFA (Colombian Network for Roadkill Monitoring), participates in the development of a public policy for the implementation of a program to protect the Didelphis marsupialis (common opossum) at the regional level.
