Semana Ambiental (Environmental Week), April 23–26, 2019
Activities:
- Tree planting with employees and students
- Recreational-educational activities about responsible consumption, solid waste sorting, water footprint, carbon footprint, and wildlife protection
- A talk about the importance of wildlife
- Sustainable Mobility, where students and employees who get around by bicycle received an incentive
- A talk about composting and a visit to the composting area with students
A brief description of the measured positive impact(s) of the campaign:
1. Employees and students participated in the activities.
2. There was a significant number of participants in the tree planting day.
3. These campaigns promoted sustainable mobility.
4. The composting process was shown to employees and students of the ITM.
