Please note that assured reports are still subject to review by AASHE staff prior to publication, which may require additional revisions. AASHE reserves the right to withhold points for this credit if it is determined that the assurance process was clearly unsuccessful in identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors (e.g., when AASHE staff identify a significant number of issues that were either not mentioned in the completed review template or not resolved successfully).

A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
INRS MSc student Aziz Ben Rhouma reviewed INRS first STARS report using the Excel review template. Every applied credit was carefully read, along with criteria and common issues, and every URL was clicked on. The reviewer commented in the Excel sheet all the information to revise or that seemed off. INRS Sustainability Officer Maxine Dandois-Fafard then updated the report and reported all the changes made on the Excel sheet. The updated Excel sheet was returned to the reviewer, and four last comments were given. The SD Officer made the final correction and returned the Excel review sheet to the reviewer. The reviewer checked the review sheet one last time and then signed off on the final report review.
