The "All Variables Are Included" campaign is prominently featured in our web communications and in various public and office spaces (https://inrs.ca/en/news/inrs-launches-the-including-all-variables-campaign/).
Additionally, we have a podcast titled "Multiple Voices," which provides a platform for members of LGBTQ2+ communities at INRS to share their experiences and contemplate how universities can take proactive steps to create more inclusive environments (https://mediass.podbean.com/). We regularly host numerous conferences on sexual and gender diversity as part of our annual awareness initiative.
We have also introduced gender-neutral toilets in our buildings (list publicly available here: https://inrs.ca/linrs/equite-diversite-et-inclusion/).
