Réseau d'alliées en santé mentale de l'INRS (INRS allies's network for mental health)

A brief description of the employee educators program (1st program):
The INRS network of allies's for mental health is composed of staff and students. These people act on a voluntary and confidential basis to help those who need psychological support.
Allies are trained and supported by INRS psychologist, Isabelle Queval. From 2021 to 2023, 40 people in the research centres have been trained (10 per center = 4 professors, 4 students and 2 employees), plus 2 employees from the administration and 6 executives have been trained, for a total of 48 persons.
Thus, members of the community who feel the need to be supported and listened to can call on one of the members of the network. If necessary, they can be directed to other appropriate resources.
