A brief description of the plan:
The IUPUI Master Plan contains a detailed description of the campus efforts to incorporate bicycle and foot traffic into the campus culture. Some of these feature include overhead skywalks, incorporation of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail (http://www.indyculturaltrail.org), bicycle lanes, and improvements in landscape (including tree coverage) to make pedestrian areas more appealing.
