IUPUI LGBTQ+ Center
IUPUI's LGBTQ+ Center is open to everyone. It serves as a lighthouse for LGBTQ+ resources and as a landing ground to find community on campus. We are dedicated to serving the IUPUI LGBTQ+ community through community building, education and advocacy.
The LGBTQ+ Center has a year-round calendar packed full of educational and community building events and programs:
- The (AQSESS) Advancing Queer Student Education and Social Success Mentoring Program
- LGBTQ+ faculty council
- LGBTQ Staff Council
- LGBTQ Student Alliance (LGBTQSA)
- Each year, the LGBTQ+ community at IUPUI and in Indiana is celebrated at the Indy Pride Festival
- Lavender Graduation is IUPUI's cultural celebration of LGBTQ+ graduating undergraduate, graduate and professional students
- Started in 2010, the Harvey Milk Dinner celebrates the LGBTQ+ community at IUPUI
