A brief description of the formal sustainability course designation program:

Sustainability is a special course designation that faculty may select when registering their courses. These designations are searchable, and collected in an easy to find location for those interested in courses related to sustainability. Courses are listed in the registrar with a SU designation. To see the sustainability course list, click the link below and then click on "Other Special Course Offerings," and then "Sustainability Studies."

Note-- this is not the same methodology or course list that Sustain IU uses in AC-1. Because the courses at the above link are faculty identified, and not all faculty choose to enroll their courses in the registrar's special designation program, this is not a complete list. Therefore, Sustain IU compiles a much larger list, using the "Sustainability Course" and "Sustainability Inclusive" parameters identified by AASHE and STARS in AC 1; primarily using the UN SDG scope of 'sustainability.'
