All employees are paid at least minimum wage on the Bloomington campus, with some hourly employees making equal to or greater than minimum wage, and the majority of other employees making above this amount. The University conducts market studies to make sure salary wages and compensation programs are competitive with the relevant job markets. These studies are used to adjust compensation accordingly.
