A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):
As of 2010, we have completely revamped out orientation program to be a full day orientation program. We discuss sexual harassment, diversity, customer service training, benefits, wellness, payroll, and history of the University. In furthering its commitment to equal opportunity, the University requires that all new employees successfully complete two anti-discrimination training modules within the first 30 days of employment. There is no portion of employee orientation that highlights the various projects and programs that are specifically sustainability focused.
