A brief description of the plan:
Illinois State University in conjunction with the Town of Normal developed a Bicycle Master Plan to address the growing need for the strategic development of bikeway trails and passages. This master plan will lay out the needed steps, and processes the town of Normal and Illinois State University must take in the next 20 years for the goal an efficient bikeway system to be completed.
