Any notice of a State/Federal wage change, the college makes sure all employees meet or are above any minimums. It is university policy to determine compensation levels by giving consideration to salaries paid similar positions in the IIT university community, as well as in the general employment market, and to place special emphasis upon relating compensation to individual performance.
