A brief description of the plan:
A group of students and faculty developed a set of proposals for the university outlining ways of increasing awareness, security, and overall ridership. They outline several possiblities for increasing bike security, one of the main deterants for students, as well as locations on campus for bike storage or a bike shop. Additionally, the team outlined the financial requirements for the proposals.
