A brief description of the vegan dining program:
We serve a dedicated vegetable protein at many meals in our residential Dining Hall, the Commons. At each meal period, we have a multitude of vegetarian/vegan options. This includes: salad/fruit/granola bar, vegetarian/vegan entrée, vegetarian/vegan wok entrée, pasta station with vegetarian/vegan sauces, non-meat options in our gluten-free and Uncommon Corner areas, and we always offer a vegetarian/vegan soup option daily. Our Pritzker Club restaurant, and our Center Court area always have a veggie protein option available on their menus.
