The baseline is the year that STARS was first reported on (2011).

The college provides OSHA compliance training in a variety of ways including online and hands on. We perform ergonomic assessments as needed and conduct accident investigations and hazard assessments. The college also has a wellness program in place to encourage employees to engage in wellness activities throughout the year.
