The college has bicycle racks near each building. The student housing at the East Peoria campus also has bike racks in each building.

Both the East Peoria and North campus has 2 charging stations.

It is not pervasive but the college provides access to certain key employees to improve the response time and to mitigate travel time in the event of an issue.

Employees are offered a condensed work week during the summer. They are able to choose a 4 or 4.5 day work schedule. The college offers summer hours for 8 weeks during June and July. Most campus offices close at 2pm on Fridays during this time. A few departments close at 2pm on Fridays during the entire years: Student Services, Bookstore and the Cafeteria.
