A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
New employees are introduced to the college's commitment to sustainability during new employee orientation. Topics mentioned are the Board's Sustainability Policy, our commitment to recycling, building to LEED standards, and green purchasing. The VP of Finance and Administration also touches on sustainability when he shares expenditure information about utility costs. For example, he has shared how ICC has been able to decrease costs with energy efficient lighting.
