The College is required to pay prevailing wage and provides a highly competitive benefit package to full and part-time employees. ICC has a compensation committee that continually reviews employee classifications and the comparability of wages to local market. The Institution has historically provided annual increases and adjustments that meet or exceed the local market adjustments.
