Does the institution use a centralized energy management system that allows it to track energy consumption and performance in multiple buildings in a central location?:
A brief description of the management system:
Heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting (indoor and outdoor) are controlled by two Energy Management Systems (EMS), Johnson Control and Trane. The HVAC maintenance staff has access to these systems to diagnose and solve problems pertaining to HVAC and lighting systems and to ensure the systems are operating as efficient as possible.
