IESE is the graduate business school of the University of Navarra and has been at the forefront of management education for nearly 60 years. The original campus is in Barcelona (Spain). The spirit of IESE is intrinsically international. Therefore, we want our mission of forming leaders who have a positive impact to reach all continents. For this reason, IESE has some buildings in other cities to get closer to potential students, taking advantage of the secondary benefit of reducing our CO2 scope 3 emissions. IESE maintains collaboration with other top-level business schools. The IESE Executive Committee sets and executes our long-term strategic development, investment program portfolio and operations. Our academic program, engagement initiatives and governance are unique.For these reasons, we are presenting a single STARS report for all our activity. IESE business school has 5 main campuses: Barcelona (Spain), Madrid (Spain), New York (USA), Munich (Germany) and São Paulo (Brazil): • Barcelona: IESE’s original campus, one of the biggest in Europe, still coordinates many of its global activities from there. Its three main buildings include state-of-the-art lecture rooms, a library, a 597-seat auditorium, digital and virtual learning spaces and meeting rooms. At present, IESE Barcelona delivers MBA, Executive Education and PhD programs. The campus is also home to research centers and chairs. • Madrid: IESE has been present and growing in Madrid since 1974, and currently delivers the master’s in management (MiM), Executive MBA, general management programs, Focused Programs, and Custom Programs for companies there. • Munich: In 2015, IESE became the first international business school to have a permanent presence in the country. The Munich campus delivers Executive Education programs, in-company programs for multinationals operating in German-speaking and central European countries, and Focused Programs, as well as MBA and Global Executive MBA modules. • New York: IESE’s has been connected to the United States since 1963, when it co-founded the Harvard Business School-IESE Committee. 2019-2020 marked the tenth anniversary of IESE’s move to its campus in mid-town Manhattan. It delivers Executive Education programs and Custom Programs for North American organizations; carries out research into media, entertainment, and other key business areas; and serves the unique needs of alumni in the United States. • São Paulo: Since 2001, IESE has developed and offered programs in Brazil, delivered on the ISE campus in Bella Vista (São Paulo). Currently, these include the Executive MBA, the Advanced Management Program (AMP) and the Program for Management Development (PMD). The IESE MBA programs also have an overseas module in the city. Considering that the São Paulo campus is not owned by the institution and that IESE is one of multiple tenants, we excluded this campus in our calculations for the operational credits. We consider Barcelona as the "main campus" and "Satellite campus" are the ones in Madrid, Munich and New York.
