Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
66

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
To find out employees' perception of the current situation at IESE, a survey was carried out (last survey: academic year 2022-2023) with 59 questions belonging to the following categories:
• Engagement
• Well-being
• CSR
• Authority & Empowerment
• Collaboration & Communication
• Trust in manager
• Customer Focus
• Growth & Development
• Pay & Benefits

Once we had closed the survey, we ask the tool to show different dashboards with the results. Those won’t come out if the group of employees were less than 5 on a specific category or area.
This kind of survey is carried out on an annual basis.

Identifying significant pain points and some action plans for improvement have been proposed to the Committee. Some of these action plans have been prioritised by the Committee at the general level of IESE.
Subsequently, the results are being worked on for each area and action plans will be proposed and discussed with the employees in each area.
