Yes
A brief description of the assessment process and the framework, scorecard(s) and/or tool(s) used:
The Structured Assessment process is based on monitoring "Belonging" through indirect questions:
In the Climate Survey based on SAP-Qualtrix that was launched for Staff in September 2022.
We expect to launch it for Faculty next Academic Year.
We are working with Program Directors to include those questions in the Satisfaction Questionnaires at the end of each Program.
In the meantime, our personalized approach to employees, faculty and students through mentoring programs is the best way to identify and improve all sorts of inclusion on campus.
