Which of the following best describes the institution’s approach to rainwater management?:
Comprehensive policies, plans or guidelines that require LID practices for all new projects

A brief description of the institution’s green infrastructure and LID practices:
IESE hired SGS Tecnos to develop a rainwater management plan called "Rainwater Management Manual for New Buildings and Existing Buildings".
Example of an LID practice:
3 SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems") were installed on the Madrid campus with the following capacities: 24, 34 and 47 m3. SUDS are permeable tanks designed to filter, retain and infiltrate rainwater, restoring the natural cycle and correcting the serious effects of soil waterproofing.
The main objectives of SUDS are:
- Prevent flooding
- Respect the natural water cycle
- Redefine the sustainable runoff management system
- Mitigate the effects of surface waterproofing, and
- Encourage the recharge of water tables or aquifers.
The company GRAF was in charge of the supply and assembly of this installation (https://www.graf.info/es-es/suds-drenaje-sostenible.html) . Attached is a document with some photos of the SUDS assembly.
