The analysis considered a complete academic year (09.01.2021- 08.31.2022) and therefore took into account possible seasonal variations in purchases.
The catering service is outsourced to the company EUREST (COMPASS GROUP) , which analyzed in detail all the products sold to IESE during the period mentioned above. They used their database to evaluate IESE's shopping basket and classified each product according to STARS criteria.
The New York and Munich campuses are outside the scope of this credit, as they do not have dining halls or catering services.
