The plan encompasses each year and it intends to innovate and deepen into the knowledge of the different areas and new ways of working at IESE. Each employee is able to see a catalog with the sessions.
At IESE we want to make the best out of each single opportunity that we can face in our work to develop our careers and grow professionally and personally learning from the resources that are available.
In this section the document "EN-9: Staff Professional Development and Training" is attached with some screenshots of how the "LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT" platform and its content looks like.
In the “COURSERA” platform, IESE employees can found different sustainability courses: For example “Strategy and Sustainability” driven by IESE Business School. At the same time, they can find other sustainability courses driven from other institutions.
