Campus Engagement
A brief description of the projects and how they contribute to understanding or advancing sustainability in relation to Campus Engagement:
Through the annual workshop with MiM students, IESE actively engages its campus as a living laboratory for sustainable development. By inviting students to provide insights on how IESE can better implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the institution not only fosters a collaborative learning environment but also utilizes its own infrastructure and operations as a testing ground for innovative ideas and practices. The presentations from the workshop, which showcase the students' perspectives and suggestions, serve as tangible examples of how IESE embraces the concept of a living laboratory. By incorporating student input and prioritizing their views on SDGs, IESE demonstrates its commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability, while also gaining valuable insights into how the younger generation perceives the institution's role in addressing global challenge.

A brief description of the projects and how they contribute to understanding or advancing sustainability in relation to Waste:
A workshop was held as part of the MBA program to identify opportunities for improvement in the area of sustainability on our campus. One of the groups analyzed waste segregation and, after an exhaustive study, identified inefficiencies in the existing segregation and proposed to improve it by introducing new signage with more detail, specifying the type of waste to be deposited in each container. This initiative not only solved the identified problem, but also turned the campus into a hands-on learning environment, where students applied their knowledge in solving real problems, thus contributing to the advancement of environmental sustainability within our community.
Attached, in "Additional documentation to support the submission", a photo of the implemented signage.
