Narrative outlining the data collection process used in the preparation of this report:
The data was researched, sourced, and collected by the Sustainabilty office. Responsible parties on campus were contacted via curated emails and/or in-person meetings to gather all the required credit responses that could not be gathered through independent research. Responsible parties were identified through communication with administrative staff and deparmtments on campus.

Two student interns working under the Sustainabilty Manager helped to research the required credit responses and reach out to responsible parties to collected needed data. The students reported the information to the Sustainabilty Manager to review through shared documents and regular meetings.
Description of the internal data quality controls used in the preparation of this report:
All data was first enetered into organized shared spreadsheets to be reviewed by the Sustainabilty Manager. The submission received a final review from Jen Parrott, Director of Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainabiltiy.
