Narrative and/or website URL providing an overview of the institution’s eligibility criteria for paid family/medical leave:

The 83% represents the full-time employees from the FY22 employee count. Of that percentage only employees who have worked for the State of Idaho for 12 months in the last 7 years and have worked at least 1,250 hours at Idaho State University in the last 12 months are eligible. Due to this, the sustainality office was not able to obtain a percentage that accuratly represents the percentage of employyes eligible.
