Human Resources follows OSHA regulations to track, calculate, and record work related injuries and illnesses. Each department has their own injury, illness and Prevention Plan.

Number of reportable incidents used here is an average from the OSHA 300 form from calendar years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
The FTE used for employees in this credit differs from that submitted in PRE-5 because the figure reported here is taken as an average used in OSHA 300 for number of employees over the same years. This # is provided by HR.
