Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
No
Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100
A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
In 2019- 2020, the campus participated in the 'Great Colleges to Work For' web-based survey conducted by ModernThink for The Chronicle of Higher Education. It is a nationally administered instrument that is comprised of 60 statements designed to assess key dynamics and relationships that are influencing an institution’s culture and performance. Data was collected from March 25 – April 12, 2019. Though 2019 is outside the prior three years which would qualify as an acceptable time frame, it has been included here as the most recent qualifying survey.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The results of this survey administration were presented to faculty, staff and administration during January and February of 2020 for review and discussion on how to address any issues raised. These results were consulted during the creation of the university's next Strategic Plan. Though outside of the reporting timeframe, it is the most recent qualifying survey.
