A brief description of the textbook exchange program, textbook lending library, or alternate textbook project:
The Library has a "Textbooks on Reserve" program that allows students to check out textbooks from 2 to 24 hours. In Fall 2022 nearly 2,250 students took advantage of this program.

Yes

A brief description of the incentives to encourage the authorship, peer review, and/or adoption of open access textbooks:
Faculty are eligible to receive from $300 for participating in the Affordable Learning Solutions program (see section AC-11). Additionally, The Press at Cal Poly Humboldt supports editorial services, design and layout, peer-review management, publication in open access, and distribution and marketing for textbook authors at no charge.
