The Great Colleges to Work For is a web-based survey conducted by ModernThink for The Chronicle of Higher Education. It is a nationally administered instrument that is comprised of 60 statements designed to assess key dynamics and relationships that are influencing an institution’s culture and performance. Data was collected from March 25 – April 12, 2019.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The results of this survey administration will be presented to faculty, staff and administration during January and February of 2020 for review and discussion on how to address any issues raised. However we do expect that these results will be consulted during the creation of the university's next Strategic Plan.
