The Library has a "Textbooks on Reserve" program that allows students to check out textbooks from 2 to 24 hours. In 18/19 nearly 3,000 students took advantage of this program.

Yes

A brief description of the incentives to encourage the authorship, peer review, and/or adoption of open access textbooks:

Faculty are eligible to receive from $300 to $1,500 for participating in the Affordable Learning Solutions program (see section AC-11). Additionally, Humboldt State University Press will publish open access materials for authors at no charge.
