In 2016, Humboldt State University applied for and was awarded a $3.9 million grant by the U.S. Department of Education’s Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSI)- Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and Articulation Program. HSU will receive the grant award over five academic years, 2016-17 through 2020-2021.
