A brief description of the institution’s main campus and other aspects of the institutional boundary used to complete this report:

Humber College has two main campuses: North and Lakeshore. Both of these are included in this report. We have a small third satellite campus in Orangeville, however the space used by Humber College is within a community center building and none of the grounds or building are run or operated by Humber (i.e. heating, cooling, landscaping, waste, etc.). https://www.humber.ca/about-humber/campuses-facilities

The North Campus includes a 14 acre Arboretum area (http://humber.ca/research/node/130)

Below in the list of features present, we have said YES we have a satellite campus because we have three campuses. We have included two of the three campuses, which we consider both to be 'main' and as such, we have indicated YES we have included satellite campuses. However, the third smaller Orangeville satellite campus (noted above) is not included.

Which of the following features are present on campus and which are included within the institutional boundary?:
Present? Included?
Agricultural school No No
Medical school No No
Other professional school with labs or clinics (e.g. dental, nursing, pharmacy, public health, veterinary) Yes Yes
Museum No No
Satellite campus Yes No
Farm larger than 2 hectares or 5 acres No No
Agricultural experiment station larger than 2 hectares or 5 acres No No
Hospital No No

The rationale for excluding any features that are present from the institutional boundary:

Both North and Lakeshore Campuses are included in our assessment. Our third satellite campus in Orangeville is not included because the space used by Humber College is within a community center building and none of the grounds or building are run or operated by Humber (i.e. heating, cooling, landscaping, waste, etc.). https://www.humber.ca/about-humber/campuses-facilities
