Humber’s pay practices have typically reflected the Equal Pay for Equal Work principle. After introducing a new wage grid for part time faculty in 2018 based on this principle, we undertook a process to assess our part-time support roles as well. As a result, we have identified a small number of part-time support roles that resulted in a positive change to their compensation.
