NX Building renovations at Humber College North Campus transformed an inefficient building to become Canada's first retrofit to achieve a Zero Carbon Building and one of the most energy efficient buildings in North America. The NX Building has been awarded Zero Carbon Building - Designed Certification by the Canada Green Building Council.
We are striving for Passive House Certification for the NX Building Retrofit.
