Humber Academic and Support staff are unionized and thus contracts are negotiated approximately every 2 years through a collective bargaining process. We believe our collective agreements are above the living wage. For our Administrative staff, Humber annually conducts market assessments, reviews salary surveys and benchmarks salaries with other colleges. We have salary guidelines and maintain our own salary grid.
