Sustainable Landscape Design and Practices: Leading to the harmonization of a functional, aesthetic and sustainable landscape design, this design course incorporates components of the earlier Sustainable Urban Landscapes course. Students develop an understanding of how to encourage ecological functionality within the modern urban environment. This course covers the creation of a full design package, including inventory, analysis, functional diagrams, conceptual planning, planting and master plans.
