A brief description of the event(s):
The college celebrated their new membership to AASHE by hosting a luncheon in which presenters spoke to an audience of students, staff and faculty about the importance of sustainability, how it is integrated into the school and future goals.
The college also held a week-long sustainability outreach campaign celebrating Earth Week to raise awareness and appreciation for the environment.
