Our GHG emissions use a baseline year of Jan 1, 2009 - Dec 31, 2009. Our water bills, however, only come quarterly, thus this is the closest to a calendar year baseline that we can get for a similar time frame.

A brief description of the institution's initiatives to replace plumbing fixtures, fittings, appliances, equipment, and systems with water-efficient alternatives:
We have replaced all existing shower heads and faucet aerators with low flow models (moving showers from 2.5 gpm to 1.5 gpm and aerators from 1.5 gpm to 1.0 gpm). We also installed water conservation devices in the kitchen.
