HCC's institutional safety officer works with the Technology Solutions office to ensure items are removed and recycled properly and responsibly.

HCC donates the majority of its operational computers to regional K-12 parters and other informal educational groups in the community. The institution cooperates with local and regional solid waste and recycling partners to recycle and safely dispose of all other items.
