A brief description of the technology used:
The Academic, Auditorium, Administration, and Learning Resources building use web based Tridium HVAC control systems. Each building is set on a schedule to go to unoccupied set points at a specified time Unoccupied set points are set at 50 degree for a low and 80 degrees for a high so the entire system is shut off unless the temps get below 50 or above 80. The Technology building is on a Tracer 100 system which in general does the same thing just not web based it is controlled form a local computer located in the mechanical room of the building.
