Hope College's Dining Services is operated by Creative Dining Services (CDS). CDS is a dining services management company contracted to manage and operate all hospitality locations and events on Hope's Campus.
Creative Dining Services (CDS) which is owned 40% by Hope College, 40% Calvin College, and 10% CDS ownership.

For hourly benefit eligible staff would be approximately $18.00 an hour. For our non-benefit hourly staff this would be closer to $12.00 an hour. For part-time faculty, unable to calculate given multiple variables based on degree/years of service, etc. but many would meet the living wage given their very part time nature.
