A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
Donald Friesner from Cthe Frost Center reviewed Hope College's STARS report and provided the completed STARS Review Template with credits marked as requiring attention, as well as credits marked with suggestions for improvement. Staff from the Office of Sustainability used this information to revise and update the STARS report data to address the issues identified, and updated the STARS Review Template with notes on changes made. Friesner also used "Banner" data and that data is audited and checked with our Computer Informational Technology (CIT) Department.
